You may or may not be aware that I’ve been a member of the Merseyside Police Band since 2007. I’ts something I really enjoy, its such a privilege to play with some brilliant musicians and represent Merseyside Police Force through the power of music. PC Russ is the band ambassador and comes to all our gigs making sure we behave and engaging with the public. He recently made friends with PC Eddie Walker who is the roving ambassador for the COPS charity and we were delighted to have him come and stay for a couple of weeks before the summer. The bears got up to all sorts of mischief and enjoyed having lots of photos taken!
