The Merry Old Land of Oz

Well, it’s been quite a week at Storyhouse in the Merry Old Land of Oz with the fab Castaway Theatre Company. Huge well done to everyone who took part on or off the stage, whether that be the fantastic cast, right down to the chaperones and costumes/ props people. Here are some photos both from the “pit” and on the stage.

A well deserved and very special mention to Director Karen Partington, Choreographer Rob Stevens, Musical Director Tim Jones, the wonderful double casts especially the lead roles of Dorothy: Annabel Partington – Smith and Olivia Wright, Santino Apollonio as the wonderful Wizard of Oz himself, the amazing Tin men, Lions and Scarecrows, and the incredibly well behaved Toto aka Dotty who was simply unfazed by everything and the perfect pooch!! I have so much respect for anyone who gets up acting and singing/dancing on a stage!! Well done all! Heres to the next one! X
